Hot Chamber Zinc Casting Dies & Castings

We manufacture high precision Zinc Die castings by Hot Chamber die Casting process.We use Mazak-3 , Mazak-5 alloys. Also developing castings in mazak-12 alloy. We have hot chamber machines in the range of 15 Tons to 90 tons. We have in house plating shop and we can do Nickel,Zinc and Chromium plating on Zinc castings We can supply castings in tumbled and vibro polished finish.
